Corporate Services Administrative Coordinator (Temporary)

Part time or full time (4 or 5 days)

6 month temporary contract


Up to £25,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

Together with our Network Partners, we provide support, information, advice and services for children, young people and adults caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend.  The number of carers is a growing issue, with 3 in 5 of us likely to become a carer at some point in our lifetime. Carers save the UK economy over £119bn every year and act as a main support to our stretched health and social care systems.

We are currently looking for a Corporate Services Administrative Coordinator to support the Corporate Services team and assist the Director of Corporate Services in undertaking various administrative tasks to include answering queries, assisting in preparation of papers for meetings, coordinating processes and supporting project work in terms of the administration. You will join a small team in the office in Rugby.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar environment and be able to multi-task effectively. Confident and competent in working with data and in using IT packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.  Thinking on your feet and having a willing can-do attitude along with good attention to detail is required.
