Insight and Intelligence Manager
Carers Trust

Job Description

Carers Trust is the largest UK wide charity for the nation’s 7 million unpaid carers. Together with our Network Partner members, we provide support, information, advice and services for children, young people and adults caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend.  The number of carers is a growing issue, with 3 in 5 of us likely to become a carer at some point in our lifetime. Carers save the UK economy over £132bn every year and act as a main support to our stretched health and social care systems.

We are looking for an Insight and Intelligence Manager to further the growth and development of the Network by providing a high level of expertise, proactive intervention and support within a complex and challenging environment, across the areas of: business intelligence; understanding and shaping our market; developing Network Partner organisations’ capabilities and sustainability; and influencing policy and practice.

A varied and exciting role, this role will work collaboratively with the England team sharing ideas, experience and expertise. You will also work closely with Network Partners and collate data and intelligence to report back.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with strong analytical skills and experience you’ll be particularly skilled at building, maintaining, and facilitating relationships with key stakeholders including Network Partners, commissioners and decision makers. Please send through a CV and a separate supporting statement (2 sides of A4).
