We work to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems. Our vision is that unpaid carers count and can access the help they need to live their lives.

My Mental Health is a Carers Trust project which ran from 2017 to 2021. It provided young carers, young adult carers and the staff who support them with the knowledge, confidence and opportunities to understand their mental health needs and campaign for change.

Locally, our network of partners support carers throughout the UK, giving them access to help, advice and breaks from caring.
